Sandi Maki
Sandi enjoys connecting the dots. She’s the creative mind behind many of the campaigns and ideas you see, as well as a filter for the technical aspects that you have to know about to make the process as simple for your team as possible. She is a co-founder of the InSights Group, and is a featured presenter of social media marketing, is the creative mind behind the organic marketing tic-tac-toe process, and keynotes on the art and science of face reading and personality tendencies.

Social Media Concierge: Galina Zwerlein
Galina is a fun loving, adventurous individual, with geeky tendencies, who believes in the InSights Group and the power of online and offline connections. She visited their Brighton office in spring of 2009 and has not left since.
Galina is an entrepreneur who works with the InSights Group on new client acquisition and support for the implementation of Social Media strategy. She uses “hands on” approach to implementation. She is the applications person when it comes to establishing online visibility, a problem solver with eclectic work and life experiences. She loves learning new things about people and technology. How perfect – now she gets to connect the two!

Rick is the newest addition to our team. Rick comes to us from the pharmaceutical/medical industry. In addition Rick has worked in the insurance, wireless communications and the service industries.
Rick’s philosophy of life in fairly simple. He says he doesn’t take himself seriously. His sense of humor is proof of that. On a more serious note Rick says: “I believe we’re here to serve others, we all have something to contribute and hopefully we can touch each others lives in the process.
Rick and his wife Janet live in the village of Laurium, Mi. along with the 3 youngest of their 7 children. Rick enjoys fishing and hunting. He usually runs 1 marathon a year and competes in a triathlon every summer along with a few other road races.

Social Media Marketing Intern Katie
Fresh out of high school, Katie is a new member of of the InSights Team, (despite already being the proud daughter of Al Curtis). Her melancholy tendencies have made this valedictorian the perfect candidate for the artsy and methodical odd projects of working with the InSights for Dentists team. She loves learning on the job, and at InSights, there’s always something to discover; she hopesto find her niche through this process of discovery. A multi-tasking avid social media and technology user, her day to day use of the tools makes her a valuable asset to the team. When not working for InSights, Katie enjoys making no budget films, traveling, singing and speaking French.
